If the differences are about 20 - 30 cm., we accept that the estate borders photographed on the place, are correct. Our team comes again and puts pegs on the border bends of Your estate.
Question: Is my presence needed while photographing the fences?
Answer: It is needed only in case if it is reqired for entering the estate.
Question: What is the time limit that You can do the tracing in?
Answer: 3-4 days.

Answer: For the cadastrial plans which are in scale 1:1000 the accuracy is about 20 - 30 cm and that is the reason the absolute accuracy in tracing not to exceed this value. The relative accuracy of tracing is several centimetres.
Question: What is needed to calculate the volume of a particular excavation?
Answer: We need two tacheometrical photographs - one with the object before the start of the digging work and one after its end.
Question: What should I do to have the right to put a fence to my own estate?
Answer:
1. You need to receive an actual sketch of Your estate /the sketch is valid for six months/.
2. You should turn to a licensed firm /according to the Law of the cadastry and the estate register/ to trace on place Your estate and to issue for You a document for this tracing /yard-tracing ticket if it is a regulated estate or tracing sketch - for a not regulated estate/.
3. You need to receive a Fence building permission by the technical department of the respective region.
