Answer: You need to bring us a copy of an actual sketch of Your estate. For 2 - 3 days our team will come on place to photograph the existing fences. We will compare these photographs of the fences with the regulational or the cadastrial plan. If the differences are about 20 - 30 cm., we accept that the estate borders photographed on the place, are correct. Our team comes again and puts pegs on the border bends of Your estate.

Question: Is my presence needed while photographing the fences?
Answer: It is needed only in case if it is reqired for entering the estate.

Question: What is the time limit that You can do the tracing in?
Answer: 3-4 days.

Question: What kind of documents are needed for registration of a building and outer connections in the cadastrial plan for issuing Certificate on article 52 of the "Law of the cadastry and the estate register" and how long does this procedure takes?
Answer: The needed documents are: a Sketch of Your estate; a Document of ownership; a Permission for building;
Projects: for building: Allocation of kota zero; for outer connections: a Situation of the projects.
The whole procedure takes about 3 weeks.

Question: When a mistake is found in the cadstrial base of the regulation plan what should I do?
Answer: To correct a mistake in the cadastrial plan it is necessary that a firm licenzed by " Law of the cadastry and the estate register" creates a SKETCH-PROJECT for changing the cadastrial plan, which you should take to the technical direction in the corresponding community. The same procedure is in force for the registration of restored property in the limits of a regulation plan.

Question: In what format should be the information given to You for tracing axes of a building?
Answer: The best format for the building`s data is the digital one. If You do dot have digital model, we can use the architectural or the constructional plan.

Question: What is the accuracy that You do the tracing with?
Answer: For the cadastrial plans which are in scale 1:1000 the accuracy is about 20 - 30 cm and that is the reason the absolute accuracy in tracing not to exceed this value. The relative accuracy of tracing is several centimetres.

Question: What is needed to calculate the volume of a particular excavation?
Answer: We need two tacheometrical photographs - one with the object before the start of the digging work and one after its end.

Question: What should I do to have the right to put a fence to my own estate?
Answer:
1. You need to receive an actual sketch of Your estate /the sketch is valid for six months/.
2. You should turn to a licensed firm /according to the Law of the cadastry and the estate register/ to trace on place Your estate and to issue for You a document for this tracing /yard-tracing ticket if it is a regulated estate or tracing sketch - for a not regulated estate/.
3. You need to receive a Fence building permission by the technical department of the respective region.

Question: What is the part of the geodesist in projecting any building?
Answer:
1. A topographic plan of the estate should be made and for that purpose all the terrain and situational details should be photographed.
2. The accurate borders of the estate should be given.
3. After the preparation of the architectural project, a Tracing plan of the building and a Project for vertical planning are needed.
